Checking out the double decker bus
I call it the phantom because it only very rarely is seen (only every few months around downtown by me) traversing downtown Portland.
I love that thing, but I only wish I could ride it one of these days. It looks so cool, does it not?
Here's another basic fact: it's time to stop the idiocy. In Portland, government has completely failed to adhere to the fundamental reason for its existence: to provide services by consent of the governed. If the people vote down light rail, government builds it anyway. This level of arrogance has been allowed to continue far too long, and the need for excision is now unquestionable.
